Album cover design for “Lonesome Stranger,” Nico Welsh’s debut solo EP. Inspiration combines illustration and design styles from vintage bandanas, cigarette ads, and country album covers. Portrait illustration was done in pen and ink, and touched up in Procreate and Photoshop. Border and filigree were executed to scale with graphite pencil on paper. Custom lettering created in Procreate. EP to be released digitally across all platforms Spring 2025.
